Key Responsibilities • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of lodge facilities, guest areas, and staff accommodation • Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the property • Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance duties • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and potential hazards • Ensure all equipment, tools, and machinery are maintained and stored correctly • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns • Assist with garden, grounds, and infrastructure maintenance where required • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to management • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards • Support larger maintenance projects and renovations as required ✅ Minimum Requirements • Previous maintenance experience within a lodge, hotel, hospitality, or similar environment advantageous • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance • Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and practical aptitude • Good communication and organisational abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment • Valid driver's licence advantageous ✨ Ideal Candidate A dependable and proactive maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping facilities operating at their best.
