What You'll Do:
Provide daily administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation.
Support payroll administration through managing leave, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
Assist with employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance administration.
Ensure HR records remain accurate, compliant, and confidential.
Coordinate training administration and support various HR projects.
Respond professionally and promptly to employee HR queries.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of RPE and R programming is advantageous.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
