Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be verified; Excellent English fluency & literacy; FGASA Trails Guide (1st Rifle) – NQF 2 / 4; CATHSETTA VPDA, ARH & SAPS competency; Big 5 guiding/ walking experience in a 5 star lodge environment; First Aid; FGASA membership; NDT registered, preferably for North West and surrounds; PrDP; All licences, memberships, qualifications must be valid ????????? ???????? Previous experience in an Assistant Head Guide / Head Guide or Guide mentorship role; North West Bush Lane qualification (30/20/10 or 15/10/5); FGASA NQF 4; Pilanesberg private reserve / lodge experience; Other special skills qualifications e.g. Specialist Birding ?????????? ?????? Confident & stable; Good vehicle knowledge; Able to host Guests with ease; Well-spoken and well presented; Must be passionate about conservation and hospitality. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high performance teams; Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a demanding / high occupancy environment. ??? ???????????????? Deliver exceptional guest safari experiences through guided game drives and / bush walks; Providing mentorship, training, and ongoing upliftment to others within the guiding department; Assistance / input regarding other related operational tasks; To support the continued development of the property and elevated guest guiding experience, helping to maintain the lodge’s top-ranking position; Assist with / accompany Guests with regard to other excursions such as stargazing etc; Hosting of Guests; Provide support with general habitat, property, or maintenance-related tasks as required; Relevant additional responsibilities and a broader level of operational involvement may apply to senior appointments. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ?????
