The ideal candidate will bring technical mastery, reliability, and a passion for culinary excellence, with proven ability in Beijing‑style and Hong Kong‑inspired dishes . Strong wok skills, precision seasoning, and high‑heat control are essential, alongside creativity in dim sum, dumplings, bao, handmade noodles, lacquered meats, and Beijing duck .
