??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a leading luxury safari operation in Tanzania, to recruit a passionate and experienced ????? ?????????? ??????? for this iconic luxury safari destination. Ideally suited to a hospitality professional with a genuine interest in wellness and events. The Guest Experience Curator (GEC) is the custodian of all lodges and villas, responsible for co-curating, managing, and caring for the entire guest environment to ensure every experience is seamless, intuitive, deeply personal, and aligned with the Brand and Standards of Excellence. Working collaboratively with lodge managers, guides, housekeepers and chefs, the GEC curates and oversees the overall guest experience, from pre-arrival planning through to post-stay feedback. The role involves incorporating wellness into the guest journey in a seamless way, curating bespoke experiences for special occasions, and ensuring food and beverage offerings are personalised and exceptional. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and Guest Experience Lead, with the ability to stand in as a FOH Manager when required. This role demands resilience, flexibility, and a true passion for creating lasting memories for guests of different cultures and backgrounds. Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a five-star luxury safari lodge. • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field • Genuine interest in wellness and events, with a passion for curating transformative guest experiences • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment • Strong attention to detail with excellent presentation and people skills • Yoga or Meditation certification is advantageous • Valid driver’s licence and excellent computer skills Salary – On application ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to candidates who meet the required background and experience.
