A leading international manufacturing group in Belgium is looking for skilled Technical Operators, CNC Operators, and Machine Operators to join its growing production teams across multiple sites.

As a Technical & CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in operating, monitoring, and optimising advanced CNC machinery and automated production lines.
Working in a modern manufacturing environment, you'll help ensure high-quality production while minimising downtime and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating CNC machines and automated production equipment
Setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machinery to production specifications
Monitoring machine performance and identifying potential issues before they cause downtime
Performing first-line mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting
Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards
Working closely with maintenance teams during repairs and technical interventions
Completing production documentation accurately
Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
Supporting LEAN manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience as a Technical Operator, CNC Operator, Machine Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role
Strong mechanical or electromechanical aptitude
Experience operating CNC machinery or automated production lines
The ability to read technical drawings and machine parameters
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, CNC, or Industrial Technology
Experience in wood processing, flooring, panel manufacturing, or industrial production
Knowledge of CNC programming, machine calibration, or basic PLC systems
South African citizen
Willing and able to relocate to Belgium
Valid passport (or willing to obtain one)
Available to work 2-shift, 3-shift, or weekend shift rotations
Language Requirement
Afrikaans proficiency is essential for this opportunity.
