? Career Opportunity: TPO -- Core Banking, Credit, Card & Payments, ATM & POS

We're looking for an experienced Technology Product Owner to lead the end-to-end technical ownership of Temenos Core Banking, Credit, Card & Payments, and ATM/POS platforms. This pivotal role spans configuration, integration, release management, and operational stability, ensuring these systems drive transformation, growth, and straight-through processing across multiple markets.

? Key Focus Areas

• Lead the first platform deployment, setting the standard for future rollouts.

• Own technical delivery of the T24 core banking platform, including upgrades and multi-country deployment.

• Manage product ownership across credit, card, payments, and ATM/POS stacks.

• Drive integration and straight-through processing between core banking and surrounding systems.

• Oversee backlog management, release planning, and vendor collaboration.

• Build and lead a high-performance technical product team.

• Ensure platform stability, compliance, and resilience across subsidiaries.

• Translate business and channel requirements into technical delivery.

? Responsibilities

• Define and govern asset strategy, balancing technical debt, upgrades, and innovation.

• Build a culture of excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure governance, compliance, and IT risk management.

• Drive disaster recovery planning and operational resilience.

• Optimise total cost of ownership while maintaining asset health.

• Champion innovation across the full lifecycle of portfolio assets.

• Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure commercial soundness of delivery.

? Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.

• Preferred certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, Project Management (PMI/Prince II).

• 11+ years of experience, including 6--7 years in management.

• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise-scale technical capabilities.
