Job Summary
What You'll Do:
Own and expand local mining and industrial chemical accounts, achieving agreed volume and gross profit objectives.
Manage sales of domestic warehouse stock and import parcels, ensuring pricing aligns with approved price lists and processes.
Re-engage lapsed customer accounts and cultivate new clients and applications within the sector.
Collaborate with the General Manager to support SADC and cross-border trade operations, including managing trade documentation accurately.
Develop key SADC customer relationships, particularly leveraging any existing contacts you bring.
Oversee order processing through to delivery and payment, maintaining accurate CRM and weekly pipeline reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to maximize sales and negotiate effectively within the mining, chemical, or industrial sectors.
Strong skills in researching and targeting new business opportunities.
Experience in managing complex sales processes and customer account growth.
Competency in following administrative procedures related to sales and trade documentation.
Salary:
Salary: R60,000 - R80,000 per month (Cost to Company)
