We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Content Manager to oversee our web publishing ecosystem and maximize revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the integration of content management, automated ad technology, and community safety protocols.
You will be responsible for managing our digital web assets, implementing programmatic content moderation systems to protect brand safety automatically, and aggressively monetizing traffic across both our web properties and social media platforms using modern ad-tech stacks.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our web publishing platforms and social media channels.
Develop, curate, and optimize high-performing digital content formats tailored to drive volume and high-value traffic.
Manage the content calendar to ensure a steady stream of SEO-optimized articles, posts, and rich media.
Monitor web analytics (traffic, user behavior, core web vitals) to improve content performance continuously.
Deploy, configure, and manage programmatic moderation tools (AI filters, automated keyword blockers, and algorithmic scanning tools) to protect brand safety at scale.
Ensure all user-generated content, comments, and forums comply automatically with major ad network policies (Google Publisher Policies, Meta Standards, etc.).
Minimize compliance risks and revenue clawbacks by systematically auditing content for policy violations before ad servers can flag them.
Balance user experience with automation, tweaking algorithmic filters to maximize engagement while eliminating spam and toxic content.
Maximize ad revenue and RPMs on-site through programmatic advertising, supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense/AdX, Mediavine, Raptive, OpenX).
Optimize the programmatic ad stack through continuous A/B testing of ad placements, refresh rates, and lazy loading.
Implement and scale social media monetization strategies (e.g., Facebook In-Stream Ads, YouTube Partner Program, network affiliate marketing).
Analyze revenue yield data daily to identify top-performing content categories and maximize yield per thousand impressions (RPM).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital web publishing, programmatic ad operations (AdOps), or digital media traffic management.
Ad-Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of programmatic monetization tools, header bidding, Google Ad Manager (GAM), SSPs, and affiliate networks.
Automation Instincts: Hands-on experience with programmatic content moderation tools, automation scripts, or CMS safety plugins.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and social media management dashboards.
Data-Driven: Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform-specific insights to track yield, traffic trends, and user attribution.
Adaptability: Ability to react quickly to search engine algorithm updates and ad network policy changes.
