We are now hiring a commercially minded content leader to turn our web and social audience into measurable revenue.
About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Content & Audience Revenue to own how Wedded Wonderland converts content, social reach, website traffic and newsletter audiences into commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional content manager or social media manager role.
Your job is to build a content engine that drives:
You will lead strategy across website, social, SEO, newsletter, creator content and commercial editorial. You will work closely with sales, partnerships, growth, data and creative teams to ensure every major content asset has a clear commercial purpose.
The media and advertising landscape is changing rapidly. AI is compressing traditional creative production, audiences are shifting behaviour, and businesses increasingly care about outcomes rather than activity. We are building for that future.
What You Will Own
Build and lead the content to revenue strategy across web, social, SEO, email and creator channels
Turn website traffic into enquiries, leads, affiliate clicks, sponsor value and email subscribers
Turn social reach into owned audience, vendor demand, partnerships and measurable revenue
Develop commercial content packages for venues, vendors, sponsors, tourism boards, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel and luxury brands
Lead content pillars including destination wedding guides, luxury venue features, real weddings, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, honeymoon and cultural weddings
Use AI tools to improve content production, repurposing, briefing, tagging and reporting workflows
Work with CRM and data teams to capture first party audience data including wedding date, destination, budget, guest count and vendor needs
Manage freelancers, creators, editors and production partners
Track performance and make decisions based on revenue, not vanity metrics
