TMA Proactive Partners is recruiting on behalf of a client in the financial services / asset management sector for a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Developer.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who can translate complex business requirements into meaningful Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, support better decision-making, and strengthen reporting capability across the organization.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical BI development skills, advanced SQL expertise, and the ability to work confidently with business stakeholders in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into BI solutions.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
  
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to create a reliable single source of truth.
  
• Perform relational and dimensional data modelling.
  
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across BI solutions.
  
• Support continuous improvement of reporting capability and data processes.
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members where required.
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience as a BI Analyst Developer or similar role
  
• Strong experience with Power BI and/or Qlik
  
• Advanced SQL skills
  
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling
  
• Proven experience delivering successful BI, reporting, or analytics projects
  
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving ability
  
• Ability to work with complex datasets and convert data into clear business insights
