Job Description:

This is a senior, hands-on Chief Technology Officer role suited to a founder-minded technology leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You will take full ownership of the architecture, design, and delivery of two core product verticals, driving end-to-end execution from concept through to scale. Working closely with leadership across product, commercial, and operations, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s technical direction while ensuring delivery excellence and commercial impact.

Product & Architecture

• Define and drive the technical vision across core product platforms

Requirements

What it takes to succeed: 

• 8–12+ years in software engineering, fintech, or payments
  
• Proven experience building and scaling platforms (0 → 1 and beyond)
  
• Strong background in high-growth or startup environments
  
• Experience in payments, card issuing, or transaction-heavy systems preferred
  
• Track record delivering complex, multi-market solutions
  
• Cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure)
  
• Microservices and scalable system design
  
• Real-time transaction processing systems
  
• AI/ML integration into products or engineering workflows
  
• Experience with payment scheme integrations advantageous
