Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a personable Concierge / Guest Services professional for a luxury safari property in the Western Cape. This live-in role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and host guests throughout their stay with warmth and professionalism Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily guest communication Coordinate activities, transfers, special occasions, and guest requests Provide knowledgeable information about the property, experiences, and surrounding area Ensure guest preferences and special requirements are communicated effectively to relevant departments Handle guest queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Work closely with reservations, housekeeping, food & beverage, and safari operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail Requirements: Previous experience in a guest services, concierge, front office, or hospitality hosting role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly; confident, and professional personality Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Well-presented with a positive and proactive attitude Luxury hospitality or lodge experience advantageous This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established safari destination and become part of a passionate hospitality team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
