Key Responsibilities • Provide personalized butler service to guests throughout their stay • Welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience • Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service at all times • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages • Maintain extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage offerings • Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked • Assist with meal service, private dining experiences, and special guest requests • Manage beverage stock control and assist with ordering where required • Maintain accurate guest accounts and beverage records • Work closely with Front of House, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism ✅ Minimum Requirements • Previous experience as a Butler, Barman, or in a guest-facing hospitality role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service • Excellent guest relations and communication skills • Professional presentation and a passion for service excellence • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Experience with stock control and bar administration advantageous • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach • Willingness to work flexible hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays ✨ Ideal Candidate A polished, personable, and service-driven hospitality professional with a flair for guest engagement and beverage service.
