Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Camp Manager on a fixed-term contract to join a prestigious luxury private game reserve in Sabi Sands. This role offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth running of all departments.

Salary: R25,000 CTC per month (Negotiable, dependent on experience)
Accommodation: Live-in
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
Lead, motivate, and manage the camp team to achieve performance and service objectives
Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate financial reporting
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle guest feedback and resolve operational challenges promptly
Support recruitment, training, and development of camp staff
Foster a positive team culture aligned with the reserve’s vision and values
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury safari or lodge operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Financial and operational management experience
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
