Job Summary
Our client has established skincare clinics in Green Point and Claremont (Cape Town) and is looking to add a dynamic Receptionist / Therapist to the team. The successful candidate will bring experience as either a Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician and will oversee the day-to-day bookings, admin and treatments, while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
· ITEC Beauty Therapy qualification (advantage)
· IPL / Laser certification (advantage)
· 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician
· Strong administrative and communication skills
· Able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans
· Honest, reliable and professional
· Open to training and development
· Immediately available (preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Manage client bookings and schedules
· Ensure consistency and quality of services
· Handle administrative tasks and manage e-mails
· Open / close the store daily
· Perform cash-ups
· Co-ordinate therapists’ schedules
· Perform treatments
Working Hours:
· Monday - Saturday
· 07:00 - 16:00 (while on probation)
· 07:00 - 18:00 (after probation)
Remuneration:
· Basic + Commission + Bonus
