We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the full operation of our store. Requirements
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Sales-driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with stock control, merchandising, and store operations
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
