You'll own project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and governance — ensuring complex integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and built to last. The ideal candidate brings strong Waterfall and Agile experience, a sharp enterprise architecture mindset, hands-on knowledge of APIs, data migration, and enterprise platforms (SAP experience a plus), and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
• Develop detailed integration project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define scope, dependencies, and integration architecture requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Integration Execution
• Lead the integration of systems, applications, data, and business processes.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions.
• Ensure compatibility across platforms and environments.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, partners).
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and integration alignment meetings.
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify, track, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend recovery actions.
• Maintain risk logs, decision logs, and issue registers.
Governance & Reporting
• Provide regular status reporting and dashboard updates.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and architecture principles.
• Maintain documentation (process/data flows, designs, integration specs).
Continuous Improvement
• Capture lessons learned and improved integration practices.
• Drive standardisation of integration approaches and methodologies.
Experience and Skills:
• Strong project management expertise (Waterfall and Agile).
• Experience with system integration, APIs, data migration, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Strong enterprise architecture mindset and a focus on “what is good to take the business completely into the future”.
• Experience in an SAP environment is preferable.
