PBT Group is looking for a strategic and business-focused AI Adoption Lead to drive the successful adoption, enablement, and operationalisation of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organisation.
This role will focus on bridging the gap between business, technology, data, and change management by identifying AI opportunities, driving user adoption, enabling responsible AI usage, and embedding AI-driven ways of working into business operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping AI enablement strategies, improving AI literacy across teams, supporting AI governance initiatives, and ensuring measurable business value from AI investments.

Key Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Drive organisation-wide AI adoption initiatives and enablement programmes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, efficiency, reporting, customer experience, and decision-making.
- Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Promote AI literacy and awareness across business units.
- Support teams in embedding AI tools and capabilities into daily operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify AI use cases.
- Act as the bridge between business, data, technology, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and AI ideation engagements.
- Translate business needs into AI enablement opportunities and implementation plans.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and AI initiatives.
Change Management & User Adoption
- Lead AI change management and user adoption strategies.
- Develop communication, training, and enablement plans for AI initiatives.
- Drive user engagement and promote adoption of AI tools and platforms.
- Measure adoption success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support organisational readiness for AI-driven transformation.
AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Support the implementation of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
- Promote ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, data, and technology teams to align AI initiatives with governance standards.
- Assist in defining AI usage guidelines, policies, and best practices.
Collaboration with Data & Technology Teams
- Work closely with data, analytics, engineering, and technology teams to support AI implementation initiatives.
- Assist in prioritising AI use cases based on feasibility, business value, and readiness.
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programmes.
- Contribute to AI capability maturity and continuous innovation efforts.
Required Experience & Skills
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following:
- Business Transformation
- Change Management
- Digital Transformation
- Business Analysis
- Data & Analytics Enablement
- AI/Innovation Adoption
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience driving technology adoption or organisational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
- Ability to work across both business and technical environments.
Preferred
- Exposure to AI tools and platforms such as:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Azure OpenAI
- ChatGPT Enterprise
- Power Platform AI capabilities
- AI-enabled analytics tools
- Experience within data and analytics environments.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and data privacy principles.
- Experience creating AI training, enablement, or adoption programmes.
- Experience in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
