Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an experienced Reservationist to join a leading hotel in Cape Town.
• Manage hotel reservations from enquiry to confirmation
• Provide outstanding service to guests via phone and email
• Ensure bookings are captured accurately and efficiently
• Upsell room categories and hotel services
• Coordinate special guest requests with operational departments
• Maintain reservation records and guest databases
• Resolve guest queries professionally while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
Previous reservations, front office or guest services experience within a hotel environment
Experience with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to upsell rooms and maximise revenue opportunities
Professional telephone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
