Manage booking enquiries and confirmations
Process reservations using ResRequest and NightsBridge
Maintain accurate guest information and booking records
Communicate with agents and guests regarding availability, rates, and special requests
Assist with room allocations and reservation updates
Front of House / Guest Services
Welcome and check in guests
Ensure a warm, professional guest experience throughout their stay
Coordinate guest information with guiding, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
Assist with check-outs, billing, and guest queries
Support daily lodge operations where needed
Administration
General office administration and filing
Assist with reports, reservation tracking, and guest information
Maintain clear communication between departments
Handle emails and correspondence professionally
Previous lodge or hospitality experience preferred
Experience with ResRequest and NightsBridge
Strong organisational and communication skills
Guest-focused and service-driven personality
Ability to work in a small team in a remote environment
Must be able to understand Afrikaans
Professional, reliable, and adaptable
Salary: R7,000 – R9,000 per month (during probation)
