Brand New Luxury Five-Star Lodge opening soon | KwaZulu-Natal
We are looking for a detail-driven Procurement & Stores Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and full inventory control in a high-end lodge environment.
This role supports all departments — including kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance & finance — ensuring smooth operations, cost control, and compliance with HACCP and South African regulations.
Stock control & FIFO/FEFO experience
Budget monitoring & reporting
Procurement systems knowledge
Luxury lodge experience preferred
Fast-paced, high-volume operation including fine dining & events - organisation and precision are key.
