Infiniti Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to manage, analyse and transform data across premiums, claims, policies, bordereaux, finance and operations. Working across Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Finance and IT, you will develop reporting solutions, improve data quality and translate complex information into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
Analyse policy, claims and premium data to identify trends, risks and business opportunities.
Develop and optimise SQL queries to extract, validate and transform data from multiple source systems.
Produce accurate monthly, quarterly and regulatory reports.
Support data reconciliation and maintain the integrity of reporting information.
Maintain and improve data pipelines and reporting processes.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical analytical solutions.
Perform ad hoc analysis supporting underwriting, claims, actuarial and finance initiatives.
Develop and maintain KPI definitions, report documentation and data dictionaries.
Ensure reporting activities align with data governance, privacy and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
1–3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Reporting Analysis.
Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations and data validation.
Practical experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data reconciliation capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous.
Knowledge of underwriting, claims and premium processes would be advantageous.
Exposure to Python or R, ETL processes, data warehousing, IFRS 17 or regulatory reporting would be beneficial.
Familiarity with AI tools and analytics solutions would be advantageous.
