Where You'll Make an Impact:
Supervise and coordinate daily IT support operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and peripheral equipment, ensuring optimal performance
Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control and equipment maintenance
Support cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with IT policies and safeguarding company data
Assist with system upgrades, hardware and software installations, and configuration tasks
Collaborate with departments and external vendors to develop and improve IT systems
Lead and develop applications, including integration with third-party apps, and provide user training and documentation
Monitor system logs for operational, security, and performance issues, and address them proactively
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and prepare regular IT performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT qualification
1 to 3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Analytical mindset with good communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with IT asset management and cybersecurity practices
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors
