We are seeking a qualified Professional Structural Engineer or Technologist with a solid background in design, construction, and project management to contribute to exciting development and infrastructure projects.

Duties:

• Attend client’s project briefs and assist with the preparation of project specifications.

• Assist with the preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports.

• Prepare designs and drawings.

• Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Arrange all required project meetings and prepare minutes and progress reports.

• Monitor and advise contractors and Resident Engineers on site.

• Develop and review structural designs and plans to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency

• Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution

• Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project outcomes

• Conduct site inspections and structural assessments

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologist.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering or technologist roles (Planning, Design, Monitoring and Reporting).

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and engineering standards

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in Project Management and Report Writing skills.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Familiarity with the following:

• Project management and planning tools
