You will provide skilled professional nursing care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and the highest standards of clinical governance.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) . Candidates with a Diploma in Nursing may not be eligible for DOH/DHA licensing in the UAE
Licensing: Current, active nursing license (SANC registration).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of general nursing experience in a clinical area (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Critical Care, or Clinics) . Home care experience is an advantage
Certifications: Valid CPR/BLS certification
Skills: Excellent observation, oral, and written communication skills. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Dependable, organized, flexible, and cooperative
Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care utilizing the full nursing process – assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care .
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Assess, develop, implement, and revise the Plan of Care in collaboration with the physician and family/caregiver .
Educate patients and families on disease processes, medication, diet, safety, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities when required.
Participate in the on-call system on a rotational basis.
Ensure a safe environment for the patient and maintain patient confidentiality.
