Role Overview: A hands-on culinary leadership role responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, driving menu innovation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences within a luxury safari lodge environment. ? Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and inspire the culinary team • Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus across all dining outlets • Oversee daily kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, and budgeting • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and food safety standards • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff • Maintain consistent high standards of food quality and presentation • Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest dining experiences • Manage logistical and operational challenges in a remote lodge setting ? Requirements: • Proven experience as a Head Chef in luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environments • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional creativity and passion for culinary excellence • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and modern culinary techniques • Ability to thrive in a remote operational environment • Professional, positive, and collaborative approach ?
