This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong Food & Beverage background who thrives in a guest-facing leadership role. The successful candidate will play an integral part in overseeing Food & Beverage operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience throughout the lodge. Key Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Lodge Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality. Strong operational Food & Beverage experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop hospitality teams. Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality service standards. Exceptional guest relations and problem-solving skills. Strong financial awareness, including stock control and cost management. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Valid driver's licence is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Food & Beverage department. Ensure exceptional service delivery across all guest touchpoints. Maintain and continuously improve operational and service standards. Support the Head Chef and kitchen operations where required. Manage daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Supervise; mentor, and develop front-of-house and service teams. Conduct regular service training and performance coaching. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any concerns. Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Support lodge management with daily operational requirements. Spend the majority of the day interacting with guests and staff while effectively managing administrative responsibilities.
