This is a leadership and execution role - you run a team of 8 and you get your hands dirty alongside them. ⚠️ ?????? ????-?? ???????? - no family or pets on property ? ????????: Madikwe Game Reserve, North West Province ? ??????: R20,000 - R25,000 per month (DOE) ? ????-??: Private en-suite room | All meals provided ➕ Medical Aid: R1,478.35 employer contribution (post probation) ?️ ?????: 36 days on / 12 days off + 21 floating days per year ? ?????: ASAP ???? ?? ????: ✅ Minimum 3 years' maintenance management in a lodge or hospitality environment - essential ✅ Proven team leadership of approximately 8 staff - essential ✅ Strong practical electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance skills ✅ AC, geyser, pump, pool and water system experience - highly advantageous ✅ Solar system knowledge and basic electrical troubleshooting ✅ OHS Act, firefighting compliance and first aid knowledge ✅ Good stock control and organisational skills ✅ Computer literate - MS Office essential ✅ Valid South African driver's licence - essential ✅ Stable work history with contactable references ??? ????: ? Manage all preventative and reactive maintenance across lodge buildings and infrastructure ⚡ Oversee solar plant, water systems, electrical and plumbing ? Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of 8 maintenance staff ?
