Job Requirements · Minimum 2–3 years’ Housekeeping Management experience in a 5-star lodge · Strong leadership and team management skills · Proven experience in stock control, budgeting, and purchasing · High attention to detail in maintaining guest rooms and public areas · Experience overseeing laundry operations and housekeeping systems · Excellent guest service skills with a strong guest-focused mindset · Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff performance · Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills · Computer literate with good administrative ability · Fluent in English (spoken and written) · Front of House or Rooms Division experience advantageous · Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring 5-star standards are maintained · Conduct daily room inspections and ensure attention to detail across all guest areas · Manage laundry operations, including guest, lodge, and staff laundry · Monitor stock levels, control budgets, and oversee purchasing of housekeeping supplies · Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service · Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction · Assist with front-of-house duties during arrivals, departures, and site inspections Package · Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 per month, depending on experience · Live-in position with meals on duty · Other company benefits Start Date: ASAP
