What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science
3–5 years’ experience in data science, data warehousing, or modelling
Insurance industry experience (Non-Life or Life) is essential
Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning principles, and predictive modelling
Fluency in Python, SQL, and R
Experience with Azure, Spark, data modelling, and version control is beneficial
Ability to analyse complex datasets and maintain high levels of data integrity
Excellent communication skills — able to translate analytics into business impact
Ability to self-organise, work independently, and collaborate across team
