Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic IAM Functional Manager (PAM) to lead and mature our Identity & Access Management capabilities with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring that privileged access is secure, compliant, and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of PAM solutions, with hands-on involvement in OneIdentity.
- Develop and enforce IAM and PAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure secure management, monitoring, and lifecycle control of privileged accounts and elevated access rights.
- Identify privileged access risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard critical systems and data.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align PAM initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation within IAM/PAM processes.
- Oversee incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution related to IAM and PAM environments.
- Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Practical expertise with OneIdentity PAM tools.
- Strong understanding of privileged access risks, security principles, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in security governance or audit functions.
- Exposure to cloud-based IAM/PAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, OneIdentity certifications).
