You’ll work closely with international clients to drive efficiency, uncover growth opportunities, and support their complex cross-border operations.

About the Role

You’ll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on value-driven support and optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interpreting data, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to global service delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders

• Identify upsell and growth opportunities across the company’s service offerings

• Analyse shipment data to uncover optimisation and efficiency gains

• Deliver solution presentations and insights that drive client value

• Drive client retention through proactive engagement and support

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in account management, client services, or sales

• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

• Exposure to logistics, compliance, or international shipping (advantageous)

• Highly organised and proactive in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or international trade

• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management

• Ability to deliver presentations to external stakeholders
