You’ll work closely with international clients to drive efficiency, uncover growth opportunities, and support their complex cross-border operations.
About the Role
You’ll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on value-driven support and optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interpreting data, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to global service delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Identify upsell and growth opportunities across the company’s service offerings
Analyse shipment data to uncover optimisation and efficiency gains
Deliver solution presentations and insights that drive client value
Drive client retention through proactive engagement and support
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams
What You’ll Bring
1+ year of experience in account management, client services, or sales
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Exposure to logistics, compliance, or international shipping (advantageous)
Highly organised and proactive in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or international trade
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management
Ability to deliver presentations to external stakeholders
