An exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join a leading telecommunications environment and drive innovative architecture solutions within the Digital Services domain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership capabilities and proven experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, guiding delivery teams, managing complex integrations, and ensuring all architecture outputs align with enterprise standards, governance, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the analysis, modelling, design, and documentation of complex multi-application business and technical solutions.
  
• Drive solution architecture delivery across the full systems development lifecycle.
  
• Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, standards, and policies across business, application, data, security, integration, and infrastructure domains.
  
• Design scalable, sustainable, and future-ready digital solutions that meet business and IT requirements.
  
• Create architecture roadmaps, transition states, and future-state solution models.
  
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, technical diagrams, and architecture artefacts.
  
• Deliver architecture solutions across Web, Mobile, IoT, Digital Platforms, and Customer Experience channels.
  

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, programme managers, and customer experience teams.
  
• Build strong relationships with architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Present solution strategies to steering committees and executive leadership.
  
• Manage architecture risks, dependencies, and delivery escalations effectively.
  

Governance & Delivery Excellence

• Ensure all architecture deliverables comply with governance frameworks and industry best practices (TOGAF, TM Forum, etc.).
  
• Maintain architecture repositories and ensure documentation is current, complete, and accurate.
  
• Oversee third-party system integrators and vendors to successful delivery outcomes.
  
• Ensure solution quality, sustainability, cost-efficiency, and operational readiness.
  

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture.
  
• Proven experience delivering complex third-party integration solutions.
  
• Strong knowledge of Digital Platforms, APIs, Cloud, Security, and large-scale enterprise systems.
  
• Experience with front-end and back-end solution design.
  
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and customer journey flows.
  
• Knowledge of software design principles including Object-Oriented Design, Functional Programming, and APIs.
  
• Experience with architecture tools, repositories, and modelling techniques.
