As we continue expanding our commercial operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to strengthen customer relationships, support our sales teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Position Overview
The Senior Key Accounts Manager is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, supporting Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents in closing business, and driving verified revenue across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
You will serve as the commercial bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring opportunities progress efficiently from prospecting through implementation while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to generate, protect, and grow verified revenue.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of the commercial performance of your assigned portfolio.
- Support Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents throughout the sales cycle to improve conversion rates.
- Join customer meetings whenever commercial or technical expertise is required.
- Assist with solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and proposal discussions.
- Ensure sales opportunities progress efficiently until they become verified revenue.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer objectives and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain continuous engagement with customers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Customer Success
- Coordinate smooth customer onboarding after successful sales.
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their engagement with BagginsHQ.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell BagginsHQ's products and services.
- Drive contract renewals and recurring business.
- Reactivate dormant customers where opportunities exist.
- Develop account growth strategies that maximize customer lifetime value.
Sales Leadership
- Coach and support assigned Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents.
- Help team members overcome objections and complex customer requirements.
- Share best practices that improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with management to improve commercial processes and customer acquisition strategies.
Revenue Protection
- Follow up on pending quotations and stalled opportunities.
- Ensure projects transition smoothly from sales to implementation.
- Monitor customer accounts to minimize churn.
- Maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Verified monthly revenue generated by your assigned portfolio.
- Customer retention and renewal rates.
- Upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Sales conversion improvement across assigned teams.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Portfolio growth and recurring business.
Minimum Performance Requirement
The successful candidate will be expected to consistently maintain a minimum portfolio of USD 5,000 in verified monthly revenue through a combination of:
- Supporting Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents in closing business.
- Growing existing customer accounts.
- Driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Protecting customer relationships.
- Recovering stalled opportunities.
- Ensuring commercial opportunities convert into verified revenue.
Failure to consistently meet the company's commercial performance expectations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, in accordance with the employment contract and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value customer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial and revenue targets.
Preferred
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, digital services, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or other B2B technology products.
- Experience supporting or leading sales teams.
- Experience working in a remote international environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Probation Period
The successful candidate will initially serve a probation period of up to three (3) months.
Probation is performance-based rather than time-based. Candidates who successfully achieve the required probation performance milestone before the end of the three-month period will be confirmed into permanent employment immediately, without waiting for the remainder of the probation period.
The Company reserves the right to terminate probation at any time during the probation period should the candidate fail to demonstrate satisfactory performance, professionalism, integrity, or suitability for the role.
Probation Facilitation
During probation, the Company will provide a USD 100 monthly facilitation to support approved business-related activities and expenses associated with performing the role.
No monthly salary or retainer will be paid during the probation period.
Probation Performance Milestone
To successfully complete probation, the successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain an assigned customer portfolio generating a minimum of USD 1,500 in verified monthly recurring revenue through a combination of:
- Identifying upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Cross-selling BagginsHQ products and services.
- Supporting Enterprise Sales Executives and Sales Agents in progressing commercial opportunities.
- Improving customer retention and contract renewals.
- Recovering dormant commercial opportunities.
- Strengthening customer relationships and protecting recurring revenue.
Upon successfully achieving this milestone to the Company's satisfaction, the successful candidate will be confirmed into permanent employment immediately.
Permanent Employment
Upon successful completion of probation, the successful candidate will receive:
- Gross Monthly Salary starting from: USD 500
- Monthly Facilitation: USD 100
Thereafter, salary increments will be based on sustained commercial performance as part of BagginsHQ's Employee Growth Structure.

As the assigned customer portfolio continues to grow beyond the probation milestone, salary will be reviewed periodically based on factors including:
- Growth in verified monthly recurring revenue.
- Customer retention and renewals.
- Upselling and cross-selling performance.
- Portfolio expansion.
- Overall commercial contribution.
- Consistent achievement of performance expectations.
This ensures that compensation grows alongside the value the employee creates for the company.
Standard Performance Requirement
Following confirmation into permanent employment, Senior Key Accounts Managers will be expected to consistently maintain a minimum assigned customer portfolio generating USD 5,000 in verified monthly recurring revenue through effective account management, customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and commercial support activities.
Failure to consistently meet the Company's commercial performance expectations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, in accordance with the Employment Agreement and applicable employment laws.
