Internal Sales Consultant – Labels Industry

Salary R15 000 CTC per month

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join a dynamic company within the labels and packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing quotations and orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the external sales team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the labels, printing, packaging, barcode, or related industrial sectors and possess strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and sales requests

• Prepare and follow up on quotations

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Liaise with production and operations regarding order status and delivery timelines

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Provide product information and technical assistance where required

• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales administration

• Support the external sales team with pricing, customer service, and account management

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ internal sales experience

• Previous experience within the labels, printing, packaging, barcode, or manufacturing industry advantageous

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Computer literate (MS Office and ERP systems advantageous)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
