Global Recruitment is partnering with a client to recruit an exceptional Head of Network Growth & Performance. This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience building and managing large, high-performing field or agent networks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national growth strategies, driving productivity, improving profitability, and leading the performance of a distributed workforce.

• Develop and execute national network growth strategies.

• Recruit, onboard and retain high-performing field agents.

• Build sustainable recruitment pipelines.

• Drive agent productivity, performance and engagement.

• Implement coaching and performance management frameworks.

• Improve agent activation and retention rates.

• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Lead strategic initiatives to maximise channel profitability.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategy.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the unsecured credit or debt collections industry.

• Proven experience managing large field, sales or independent contractor networks.

• Demonstrated success recruiting and scaling national agent networks.

• Strong commercial and operational leadership experience.

• Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.

• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
