Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead the development and expansion of finance transformation services across diverse industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client portfolios.
• Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships, understanding their business needs and tailoring risk advisory solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity qualification through proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Prepare technical proposals, business cases, and commercial submissions with strategic insight and commercial acumen.
• Manage project pipelines, resource planning, and delivery progress, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to revenue forecasts, sales targets, and overall financial performance monitoring.

Requirements:

• Honours degree in internal audit, accounting, or finance.
• Full professional qualification such as CIA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in risk advisory or internal audit.
• At least 5-6 years in a senior leadership role, such as Senior Manager.
• Strong experience in the Mining and Telecommunications sectors.
• Proven skills in client management, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
