Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the IT Infrastructure & Operations strategy.
Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, databases and cloud technologies.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Lead IT service delivery and ITIL-based operational processes.
Manage information security, infrastructure risks and compliance.
Deliver infrastructure projects within scope, budget and timelines.
Lead, mentor and develop the Infrastructure & Operations team.
Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organisational standards.
