FOH Guest Experience Manager – Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and guest-focused FOH Guest Experience Manager to join a luxury hotel in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  

• Manage the guest journey from arrival through to departure, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience.
  

• Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards.
  

• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  

• Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
  

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
  

• Monitor presentation, service standards and operational procedures.
  

• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management where required.
  

• Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house management or guest experience role within a luxury hotel or lodge.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  

• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalised guest service.
  

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  

• The ability to manage guest expectations and resolve challenges confidently.
