Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design team in creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency across all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Assist with the development of creative concepts and visual campaigns.

• Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.

• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand design requirements.

• Assist with photo editing, image retouching, layouts, and basic illustration work.

• Prepare artwork and files for digital and print production.

• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure designs are delivered within deadlines.

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets.

• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience; internships and freelance experience are welcome.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is an advantage.

• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback.

Portfolio

Applicants should provide a portfolio showcasing their design work, including examples of social media graphics, branding, layouts, digital designs, or other relevant projects.
