As a Partner: New Business – Contract Logistics, you will identify, qualify and secure new customers for warehousing and dedicated contract logistics solutions. You'll engage with decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, develop tailored commercial proposals and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable partnerships. Working closely with operations, pricing and implementation teams, you'll ensure every solution is commercially viable and operationally achievable.

What You'll Do
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within contract logistics and warehousing.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Engage with clients to understand operational requirements and supply chain challenges.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals and logistics solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs and tender opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and sales forecasts.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin and new business targets.
What You Bring
• Junior Level: 2–3 years' B2B sales or business development experience within logistics, transport, warehousing or related industries.
• Mid Level: 4–6 years' proven success in contract logistics, warehousing or dedicated contract sales.
• Senior Level: 6+ years' experience securing strategic, high-value logistics contracts and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting commercial solutions to senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, planning and pipeline management abilities.
• Matric is essential. A qualification in Sales, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
