Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Build, maintain, and scale robust Business Intelligence systems, structures, and tools.

• Oversee data warehouse design and implement end-to-end data pipelines utilizing Azure cloud ecosystems.

• Use Python, R, MS SQL, and NoSQL to clean, transform, model, and analyze large datasets.

• Develop high-quality BI reports and interactive dashboards to translate complex data into strategic insights.

• Model data relationships, design ERDs, and manage data integration workflows using Azure Analysis and Integration Services.

Duties:

• Lead the development of scalable BI and data architecture solutions.

• Manage data pipelines and ensure data integrity across platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing BI infrastructure and reporting tools.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and security standards regarding data.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or a related quantitative field.

• 5 to 15 years of proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer in BI/Data roles.

• Mastery of Python and R programming languages.

• Strong expertise in MS SQL, NoSQL, and Data Warehouse Design.

• Proficiency with Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis, and Integration Services.

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft 365 Suite.

Familiarity with the following:

• Power BI or other leading BI platforms.

• Broader Azure Cloud Computing architectures.

• Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Dataverse.

• Reading, interpreting, and creating complex ERDs.
