Job Summary
REVENUE CONTROLLER (PROPERTY ADMIN)/EAST LONDON - Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Controller to manage revenue, tenant billing, credit control, and accounts receivable across a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. The role focuses on revenue accuracy, tenant relationships, debt collection, cash flow management, and leading the Accounts Receivable team to achieve performance targets. Strong commercial property, lease administration, and leadership experience is essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma and / or work experience in:
Accounting; Finance; Property Studies; Business Management; Or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in credit control, revenue management, accounts receivable, finance or commercial property finance.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
Experience within commercial property management, real estate, or property administration environments is highly advantageous.
Proven experience managing large debtor books and high-value commercial tenant accounts.
SKILLS:
Commercial lease administration.
Property management accounting principles.
Credit risk assessment and debt recovery.
Revenue recognition principles.
Municipal recoveries and operating cost recoveries.
Legal debt collection processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Property Management Systems
Sage 300 or equivalent financial systems.
Financial reporting and data analysis.
Accounts reconciliation and revenue assurance
