OPERATIONS MANAGER | GQEBERHA (PE) | R600K
Our client, a well-established and respected player in the property sector, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the technical and operational performance of a retail shopping centre.
Key focus:
• Budget & financial management (Capex & R&M)
• Planned & preventative maintenance
• Managing service providers & SLAs
• Health & safety compliance
• Asset & utility optimisation (incl. energy-saving initiatives)
• Tenant & stakeholder management
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in retail/property or built environment
• Strong technical understanding (mechanical/electrical)
• Facilities / Engineering / Building qualification
• Experience with contractors, budgets & operations
• Solid leadership & stakeholder management skills
