About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and working independently.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
2–5 years' hands-on experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
Microsoft 365 certification or successful completion of a relevant Microsoft certification/exam.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Valid South African driver's license (essential).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to end users via the help desk.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments.
Troubleshoot device-related issues.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and performance issues.
Configure and support network devices where required.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Document support requests and resolutions accurately.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Travel to client sites.
