INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our client's team within the office furniture industry.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys the challenge of closing deals and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
We believe products can be taught, but attitude, personality and a natural ability to sell cannot!
We are looking for someone with the right mindset, a positive outlook and the determination to make things happen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable office furniture solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product recommendations.
Follow up on quotations and outstanding enquiries to secure sales.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Generate new business through proactive calling and customer engagement.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotations and sales activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Previous sales experience is essential.
A natural ability to communicate, engage with people and build relationships.
A strong sales personality with a genuine passion for selling.
Target-driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential and success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
