This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide support across Marketing, Sales, Administrative Operations, and Customer Service.Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling
- Support email marketing and marketing campaigns
- Conduct online research and competitor research
Sales
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting
- Research potential clients and maintain lead lists
- Update CRM records and assist with follow-ups
Administrative
- Manage emails, data entry, documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other platforms
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
Requirements
Requirements- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and other online tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
