What You’ll Be Doing
Be the friendly, efficient human on the other end of the phone/email/support system.
Log and track all activity in our ticketing system like a pro.
Keep communication crystal clear with customers, colleagues, and management.
Jump into ad-hoc projects, training, and whatever else helps us raise the game.
What You Bring to the Table
Solid customer support background (bonus if it’s on big platforms).
Top-notch communication skills (written, spoken, smoke signals if needed)
Quick to learn, faster to adapt.
Ability to manage your time, even when things get hectic.
