We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our branch and ensure efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and support branch operations efficiently
Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and branch requirements
Monitor fleet administration, vehicle licences, petrol card reconciliations, and driver documentation
Assist with warehouse administration, stock control, cycle counts, and credit note processing
Support Health & Safety compliance, training records, and company audits
Handle HR-related administration including attendance, leave, onboarding, and staff inductions
Liaise with service providers, IT support, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports, monitor compliance, and assist management with general administrative duties
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Previous experience in office administration or warehouse administration
Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience
Good organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of fleet administration, stock control, and health & safety procedures advantageous
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
